Molding room has the capacity to produce 700 sets of molds annually with its specialized staff, spark and wire cutting, and CNC machine, and 3D solid model (CAD-CAM) programs.

Also, after every production run, a team of specialist in the correction department work on cleaning and polishing after that the die undergoes a process of surfaces treatment in the nitriding oven all that to maintain the quality of the extruded profiles.
