Foundry:

Al-Fania foundry contains two melting furnaces, and a homogenizing furnace followed by a cooling cabinet, producing annually around 16,000 tons of billets, the process starts from melting, which are inspected using a spectrometer, to ensure the quality and the composition according to EN AW 6063 alloy standards, then the filtration, molding, homogenizing, and cooling.

Billets produced into two different dimensions either 5-inch and 7-inch diameter with a standard 6 meters long.

We are currently working on increasing the billet production to more than 22,000 tons by the last quarter of 2023.
